Lot 3 Antique Tiemann Surgical Medical Instruments Spreader Bladed Bullet Puller

This listing is for 3 antique Tiemann surgical instruments.  I have no idea what they are or what they were used for.  I'll give my best guess and I'm sure it will make a few of you laugh!  All parts move, but may be a bit stiff.  They all show wear and have rust spots.  Please look closely at the pictures as they are part of the description.
Spreader?? Clamp??-11 3/8" long
Bladed Instrument??-8 1/2" long
Bullet puller??? Maybe??-10 1/4" long
