    Up for auction is a vintage souvenir program book, measuring approximately 10 by 9.875 inches in size.  The twenty page Souvenir Program is dated January 17, 1962, and is for the Opening Night / World Premiere Performance of George Balanchine's "A Midsummer Night's Dream", presented by the New York City Ballet, at the City Center of Music and Drama, and featuring Edward Villella, Melissa Hayden, Arthur Mitchell and Francisco Moncion.
    The souvenir program is in good, vintage condition, with no missing or torn pages, no writing on any of the pages, and minimal soiling and wear (primarily to the covers, which
    does include some creasing, most noticeable along the top edge and spine of the program).  However, there is one crease along the top edge, which does impact the entire volume.
